I had a repair guy come by today (nothing major but beyond my skill set). He fixed the problem and was leaving when He noticed I had a bookcase (Christmas gift) spread on the floor waiting to be assembled. He also noticed that my husband was not very with it (he's been here before and knows about his PD). He asked if we were trying to put it together (one of those IKEA things). I said I was just starting. He sat down on the floor and within 25 minutes he had it together. On his way out, he said "this must be very hard on you. I'll keep you and your husband in my prayers. If you're in a pinch and need some help around the house, just call. I'm 20 minutes away." Wow! Did that make my day. A final gift of the Christmas season.
