My PWP is young (59) and probably about a Stage 4. He had DBS but cannot take any PD meds because he is also bipolar (very controlled). He goes to bed at 8 and can't get up until noon or later. Is this common? This last week he has zero energy and can't do anything besides eat and read the paper. I don't think he's depressed, he just says he has no energy. Even Ridalin isn't helping.
