My PWP had been diagnosed for about 18 years. He can sometimes have extreme dyskinesia. As I can read, that could be do to overmedication or disease progression. Disease progression has got to be the culprit but as I observe it is also directly related to stress. I know I must not aggravate stress situations but am wondering what any of you do when he is in this state. Is there any comfort? Is there any way to reduce the time of the movement? For 2 days, he moved and twitched. Today after the stressful event has been resolved, he is back to himself.
