My first post.

Caring for my husband I'm not yet into the really hard stuff but my very active husband has gone from having a dozen interests to two and I'm grateful he still has those.

Somewhere I read the good memories help. I've found photos of when my husband was adorable and the life of any party. I made a compilation of those photos on one sheet and keep it where I can't miss it. Remembering makes me more patient and kind for him and myself. Others who only know the person he is now, find it enlightening and he enjoys the conversation created.

Hello Phedden,

That is a great idea for making the composite of photos.

I tried telling my kids that their dad is ready for a small book made of his fav photos, but they may not understand yet.

Welcome to the group.

~Lynn
