Carl has had sleep issues for the last two years. He’s tried melatonin (Still takes it), slow acting Sinemet, sleeping pills, and just got a prescription for Tera-something (sorry, we aren’t home right now), but nothing helps. He is active daily, stops watching tv, no caffeine at night, etc. He falls asleep, but wakes up 2-3 hours later and cannot go back to sleep! It’s literally driving him crazy! Anyone find something that works? He’s adverse to taking pills, but anything would be better than trying to function on 2-3 hours of sleep. Just saw the neurologist last Monday, and of course, he downplayed it...
