I hope everyone is taking things seriously and staying home except for getting groceries or money from the bank, and maybe the pharmacy.

I am alone now that my husband passed away over a year ago.
I've been keeping busy by exercising and cleaning out cupboards. I also watch movies on Netflix .

I know if you are looking after your spouse, the days can be long if you are staying home from work. Try to be patient with them and if possible do some exercises with them and keep them occupied with other things if you can.

We don't know how long this isolating will last, but please don't hoard food which so many people are doing. The stores are trying their best to keep the shelves stocked and if you take more than is needed, it isn't help other people.
I live in Ontario and some stores like Shopper's and Sobey's are opening an hour for seniors to shop so they don't have to wait in long lines.

Take care and pray this awful problem doesn't last a very long time.
Lynn.
