Hello everyone, May you be happy & healthy. I went to CK's house as usually. He seemed wiped out and a slow moving. Turned out he & a friend had some adult beverages & some smoke. There is no doubt that doesn't mix well with meds or PD. CK had some left over & had a few by himself to, a couple days later. So, he was saying he was having or what felt like hallucinations. Please share all thoughts on this. Oh, and does anyone know, as a non-spouse caregiver, can I/should I reach out to his talk therapist if ever i feel the need? Thank You.
On a better topic, CK receives Reiki from me once a week. We do about 30-40 minutes each time and he reports deep sleep without movement, better mood, increased energy, tremors ease up, and his muscles relax. The effects last about 2 days. We are keeping some notes on it too.
Wishing you all a gentle day. :) Xo
