I highly recommend this book by Terri Pease. It's available on Amazon at little or no cost. You can contact her directly with questions at support@seaburyhouse.com Her husband had PD so she's been through everything the rest of us are experiencing.

Thanks so much -- I really want to have people on this forum, in particular, get access to this book. It was conceived here--I kept asking myself the question "how can I do this well -- for him and for me?" And I learned tons right here to help me learn how to do that.

The book is not "little or no cost," sadly. I never knew how much it would cost me to send free emails out to caregivers. But quarterly I can offer the kindle version for free (even without an Kindle unlimited membership). I'll be sure to post the info here when I do.
