No matter how much I do for my husband , he still say I don't do anything.sad

Fishing, it IS sad, but you know you are doing things for him. You will have to learn to find something that gives you validation. Find something that you can do that makes you smile, if only for a short time.

You might let him try to do one of the things that you always do for him and see what happens. And maybe keep doing this until he gets the point that he needs you and that you do so much. And tell him that you need to "HEAR" that you are appreciated. My husband tells me thankyou many many times a day. I really appreciate those small words.
